www.well-made.it is the new platform which has been online since October 2016 and allows you to learn about the best Italian artisans, express an opinion on their work and write a review of their product quality and customized services. In a world where everything can be delivered directly to your doorstep (food, clothing, furniture), Fondazione Cologni dei Mestieri d'Arte and Whomade have felt the need to create a tool that goes against the current trend by encouraging people to visit artistic craft shops and meet face-to-face with master artisans. Four subjects are actively involved in the platform: artisans, users, ambassadors and circuits. The artisans appearing on the website are selected according to standards of excellence in their field and to the quality of products and services offered. Wellmade is also on Facebook and Instagram.
“Discovering Italian savoir-faire and artistic craftsmanship”, Wellmade’s itinerary among the artisan workshops in the centre of Bergamo, scheduled for Saturday 28 January from 10 a.m. to about 5 p.m., is part of the programme “La città in festa”, the inaugural days of Bergamo Brescia Capitale Italiana della Cultura, coordinated by the Department of Culture with […]
