The new protagonists of “Una Scuola, un Lavoro. Borse di studio”

Also for the current year, the initiative "One School, One Job. Scholarships" financially supports the studies of some talented aspiring artisans. For the 2023 edition, three deserving young people have gained access to this important patronage action: Letizia Logrieco, born in Grumo Appula (Bari), attended the Istituto Alberghiero "IISS Tommaso Fiore" in her hometown and was able, thanks to the support of Fondazione Cologni and the contribution of ALMA, to access targeted training in cooking techniques (summer edition 2023) at ALMA, The International School of Italian Cuisine, based in Colorno (Parma); Giorgia Del Bianco, originally from Campobasso, has always had a passion for haute couture. Trained at the ISIS "Majorana-Fascitelli" in Isernia, she is now about to attend the third year of the course in Haute Sartoria Femminile at the prestigious Accademia Nazionale dei Sartori, based in Rome; Katia Valdes, born in Bagheria (Palermo) where she attended the Liceo Artistico Renato Guttuso, thanks to the scholarship she obtained she can complete the second year of the course in Jewelry Design, Goldsmith Techniques and Cad Cam at the Accademia Orafa Italiana, based in Catania. Three motivated and talented girls, three examples of commitment and determination. Having completed their classes, Letizia, Giorgia and Katia will gain rightful access to the next edition of "One School, One Job. Pathways to Excellence": a training internship will be a time for them to prove themselves in the field. Good luck! (photo Giorgia del Bianco, credit Desiree Picone)
