Sartoria Panico

Already at age 11, Antonio Panico had begun to work in the shop of the tailor Giuseppe Ruotolo. Later he learned the secrets of freehand cutting from Roberto Combattente, a true artist in the industry. A master cutter for over 20 years in the well-known Sartoria Rubinacci, he finally opened his own workshops, first in Naples and then in Rome, patronized by a large clientele of politicians, intellectuals, artists and entrepreneurs. The soft lines and careful choice of fabric form the basis of his creations, the casual elegance typical of the Neapolitan style: garments that combine elegance and comfort.
