Franco Puppato developed his passion at the age of fourteen by going to his uncle’s workshop in Treviso. He later moved to Venice, where he trained at Antonio Napoliello’s tailor’s shop, learning all the secrets behind men’s bespoke tailoring, including the technical trigonometry method, with which one can take accurate body measurements down to the smallest detail, and of which he is today one of the few repositories. In 1964, he started his own tailor’s shop, where he makes suits which fit to perfection and for which he is now considered to be the ambassador of Italian style around the world. His strongpoints: the sleeves and the upper part of the jacket, designed to make the suit and the wearer look perfectly harmonious.
