It is thanks to Sandro Bormioli that Pyrex, or borosilicate glass, is credited as an artistic material. Even today his son Constantino uses the technique that was made famous by his father to create objects of various kinds, such as animals, flowers, bottles, and chandeliers. Alongside this production, he also creates products using the technique of fusing glass: glass sheets of different colours are merged with taste and imagination to realize decor accessories, but especially jewellery and costume jewellery, made by combining different types of semiprecious stone with glass, often adding unusual materials, such as wood and fabrics.
Tuesday to Saturday from 9 am to 12 pm and from 4 pm to 7 pm.
