The Giorgio Cini Foundation's Center for Glass Studies has placed online the archive of the "Vetreria Seguso Vetri d'Arte," which includes more than 30,000 images including plans, drawings, sketches, historical photos, furnace registers and precious, as rare as they are, catalogs made between 1933 and 1973 that document the collaboration of artists and designers, including Archimede Seguso and Flavio Poli. The archive, in its division by archival series, facilitates consultation and returns an exhaustive panorama of the activity carried out by the "Vetreria Seguso Vetri d'Arte" over the years, amid variations in taste, formal innovation and the extraordinary ability to combine ancient Venetian glassmaking techniques with innovative forms.
