For the 22nd edition of "Portoni Aperti" (Open Doors), on 6-7-8 September, the town of Nove (in the province of Vicenza) will come alive with events, exhibitions, shows and conferences: three days for discovering the secrets of the earth and the magic of an art as ancient as that of ceramics. For the occasion, in fact, historic factories and workshops in Nove open their doors to allow a curious public to learn the secrets of firing, to observe the transformation of clay, to discover the materials and to admire the works of expert craftsmen. Three days dedicated to exhibitions ranging from designer ceramics to the millenary creativity of Faenza ceramics, from the works of the Real Fabbrica di Capodimonte to contemporary experiments, but also workshops, conferences and labs. A rich calendar of initiatives, linked by the common thread of clay shaped by the creativity of master craftsmen.
