Events
The evolution and numerous meanings that perfume had from Greek and Roman antiquity to the twentieth century is recounted through more than two hundred objects on display, including jewelry, glass, porcelain, posters and scientific treatises. The exhibition, curated by Cristina Maritano, conservator at Palazzo Madama, and on show in the Sala Atelier, displays objects from the Palazzo Madama's collections and numerous loans from museums and institutions in Turin as well as such national institutions as the Bargello National Museum, the Uffizi Galleries, the Bardini Museum and the Mozzi Bardini Gallery in Florence.
