Being held from 24 to 31 July 2017, in Siracusa, is MADE LABS, the summer school of the Made Program, a new project of the "Rosario Gagliardi" Academy of Fine Arts. This first edition, curated by Studio Formafantasma and Moncada Rangel Architects, includes 8 days of workshops and lectures, with 24 special guests including designers, architects, artists and other professionals in the field. The theme of this edition is "Authenti-city (or the UNESCO paradox)" for discussing authenticity and cultural heritage in relation to design, architecture, art, crafts, tradition and local culture. On 28 July, the Fondazione Cologni together with Studio Formafantasma and Sam Jacob Studio has been invited to hold one of the evening lectures. Info: www.madelabs.it
