Along the streets of the historic centre there will be typical products, tastings and the sale of products from the Valle d’Aosta. In the afternoon there will be traditional music throughout the Fair. Founded around the year 1000, historical reports show that there was a “curieuse” fair on 31 January 1243 from morning till nightfall. Today this fair is dedicated not only to wood craftsmen but also to those who work with wrought iron, soapstone and the typical “draps” regional garments that are found throughout the Alpine tradition.
