Fashion in Florence through the lens of Archivio Foto Locchi

One hundred pictures from the 1930s to the 1970s illustrating the history of fashion in Florence through the lens of photographers of the Foto Locchi “workshop”. It is the exhibition Fashion in Florence through the lens of Archivio Foto Locchi, which opened on January 9 at Palazzo Pitti’s Andito degli Angiolini, on the occasion of the 91st Pitti Uomo show. The exhibition explores the history of fashion and of the “Made in Italy” through the artisan workshops which, in the 1900s, laid the foundations for the world’s most famous fashion designers names.
