Now in its third edition, the “Double signature. A dialogue between design and artisanal excellence” project promoted by the Cologni Foundation for the Métiers d’Art in cooperation with Living - Corriere della Sera, and realized thanks to the collaboration of Michelangelo Foundation for Creativity and Craftsmanship, will combine design innovation with the tradition of great Italian master craftsmen. The objects, created ad hoc, will be exhibited to the public during the week of the Salone del Mobile (from 17 to 23 April), in an exceptional context: Villa Mozart, home of the Maison di Alta Gioielleria Giampiero Bodino, in the heart of Milan. The new edition aims to establish a dialogue between thirteen European designers and thirteen Italian master artisans from the Veneto area: an even more stimulating challenge, which will give life to unexpected projects, also thanks to the confrontation between cultural codes that are, at times, very different and distant. The Double Signature project will bring together craftsmen and designers so that, through the union of hand and mind, know-how and creativity, new dialogues will be created to give birth to elegant and original objects.
