CERAMICA DOLCE, Design and craftsmanship in Montelupo


In the Palazzo Podestarile of Montelupo Fiorentino, until August 1, 2021, the exhibition CERAMICA DOLCE. Design and craftsmanship in Montelupo, which proposes the works realized at the conclusion of the Cantieri ceramica e design 2020-2021, during which, under the artistic direction of Silvana Annichiarico, artists and designers of international caliber have produced works and collections directly in the workshops and companies of the territory. CERAMICA DOLCE saw the artisans and ceramic companies of Montelupo working side by side with some of the big names in Italian design, right from the concept of the new creations. The objective was to revisit and reinvent the archetypes of Montelupo's craftsmanship. The path began last year with Matteo Cibic in tandem with the art workshop Dolfi of Ivana Antonini.
