Through its new Bando Artigianato call for project proposals, the Fondazione CON IL SUD (Foundation for Southern Italy), in collaboration with the Osservatorio dei Mestieri d’Arte (OMA), which carried out the research, is making 800 thousand euros available to support some of the excellences of Southern Italy’s artisan tradition that are in danger of disappearing. The invitation is addressed to Third Sector organizations for projects aiming to valorize ancient productions and skills in Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Puglia, Sardinia and Sicily, to be implemented also in partnership with public or private, profit or non-profit organizations.
