La Tela began as a workshop that produced handcrafted artistic fabrics of the highest quality. Now it is also home to an interesting museum and training courses, aimed at preserving the memory of the art of weaving. Inside is possible find textiles designed with style and creativity by two artisans and teachers, Patrizia Ginesi and Maria Giovanna Varagona. The fabrics are still wisely made today with the old nineteenth century looms in their ateliers. From clothing to furnishings, they create unique pieces and small series in limited editions. Known for their skill and commitment, the studio is also well known in the international market of high fashion and entertainment.
