Nicolò Morales, the depositary of a thousand year-old tradition of ceramics in Caltagirone, defines himself as a curious experimenter in visual arts. In his factory, customers can appreciate the prototypes of majolica decorations of the court of Frederick of Swabia dating from the thirteenth century, or anthropomorphic vases, which bear witness to the defeat of the Saracens by the Holy League in the Battle of Lepanto in 1571. Each of his works is a manual and intellectual expression of feeling and emotions, whether it be a vase, lamp, or the font for a sacristy.
