An artisan by passion and vocation, since 1992 Lucia Volentieri has been creating unique designer decor objects that are genuine small-scale sculptures. Expertise and understanding of moulding techniques (sheet, wheel, casting, coiling), but also firing and glazing; a love of the material, imagination and ceaseless research guide her hands as she creates objects in ceramic, porcelain, gres and raku. Her items are always unique, such as her modular landscapes, small ceramic cubes depicting Tuscan scenes, which over time have become collectors’ items.
