The textile production of the DeMartini family has a long history, dating back to 1500, a time when the textile art was one of the main economic activities of the Republic of Genoa. Today, as then, they produce damask with old shuttle looms, lampas and canvases for macramé, typical of Liguria, but also woven goods in cashmere and linen, for which they also use looms designed by the De Martini family itself. Their products use only natural fibres, governed by the mark of the Ligurian region.
