In the fourteenth-century house, Torre dei Sapiti, in a workshop with barrel-vaulted ceilings, carved capitals and walls of exposed stone, is the workshop of Paolo Pagliai, silversmith and restorer, heir of a family that has been working at this craft in the Oltrarno area since 1930. His workshop is a reference point for antique dealers, collectors and customers who come from all over Italy, knowing that they can have missing parts of antiques reconstructed, antique tableware reproduced in refractory material, and of course discover the beautiful original creations made by Pagliai.
