EventsNow in its eighth edition, the "Rometti Prize", a competition that the famous Umbrian manufacturer Ceramiche Rometti addresses to students of Art and Design Academies all over the world. Each participant will have to create an original project that succeeds in combining the work of art with the design object in ceramic material. The finalists will carry out an internship, hosted at the manufactory of Umbertide: a very original formula, where Rometti becomes a forge open to experimentation by young creatives. There will also be cash prizes for the first three winners. Applications must be submitted by 23 May 2020. The aim of the Rometti manufactory is to support new talents, inviting them to develop and enrich the world of ceramic art, making it increasingly contemporary.
