EventsUntil January 7, 2019, submissions for the first “Albisola: ceramica nel verde” competition are open. The competition is open to both Italian and foreign ceramic artists, provided they are presented by an artisan workshop or ceramic industry, which will view the participant's model of membership. Each competitor may present only one work, made up of one or more pieces, specially created for the competition and of minimum size 70 x 70 x 70cm. It must be made of ceramic or a decorative technique chosen from majolica, slipware, stoneware and porcelain, and painted terracotta. The aim of the competition is to enrich the city with ceramic artefacts, with new urban furnishings that include installations in places accessible to the public.
