A book describing the wooden choir of the Cathedral of San Lorenzo in Perugia

The book by Francesca Fedeli (Edifir Editions), which describes the delicate restoration works on the wooden choir of the Cathedral of San Lorenzo in Perugia, made by Florentine artists Giuliano da Maiano and Domenico del Tasso between 1481 and 1491 and heavily damaged by a fire in 1985, will be introduced on April 7, 2016, at 11 am, at the Salone del Restauro in Ferrara. The book is supported by the Postgraduate School in Historical and Artistic Heritage Preservation of the University of Florence and sponsored by OmA, Fondazione Cologni dei Mestieri d’Arte di Milano and by the Aphrodite Cultural Association of Florence, with the financial contribution of Ente Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze.
