The firm has an ancient tradition dating back to 1500. In 1700, according to historical records, this direction was taken by the Mulè family. Bronze bells are made by hand and on commission both for churches and for private individuals. In addition to the traditional bells, it also makes tuned concert bells, made according to ancient techniques. The Virgadamo bell is the only example of an octagonal bell ever created and is located in the Paul VI hall in the Vatican, a gift from the workshop to John Paul II.
