Antica Legatoria Viali oozes with the atmosphere and charm of a centuries-old and strictly artisan’s craft. The business is deeply rooted in the history of the Viali family. The bookbinder’s workshop was started by Giovanni Viali in 1891 and his tools and techniques are still used. The many recognitions received testify to the artistic value and craftsmanship of the books they bind, precious objects that are created by the skillful hands of an artisan to put them into the hands of readers.
