Located at the foot of the Etna volcano, Antonio Gulisano’s workshop specializes in the preservation and restoration of wooden works, gilding, selling of artwork, antiques and modern collectibles. After some years of training and working in Florence, where he restored works of art from the Uffizi Gallery and Palazzo Pitti, Antonio moved back to his hometown, Catania, to take care of the city’s vast historical and artistic treasures. For the past five years, he has been working with well-known antique dealers, collectors, art critics and architects, both Italian and foreign. His studio provides also valuation, consultancy and period interior design services.
